Well I had the cutest pair of shorts to pair with almost all of these tops BUT they are on delayed shipment. The show, however, must go on without my intended Target bottoms. Would you believe in almost 4 years of blogging I don’t actually think I’ve done a save vs splurge blog post. I’m forever showing you highs and lows in this neck of the woods. And quite honestly I love both saves and splurges. We all have different budgets though and while I think saving is what most of us lean towards — a good splurge is always fun here and there. Today I’m bringing you my save vs splurge spring edition. I actually think I have almost every item on both sides of the collage so I’ll give you my 100% honest feedback on whether I suggest the splurge is worth it or if the save will cut it!
