BOHO DRESS PERFECT FOR PETITES

Hey friends! Just got a few pieces in from Goodnight Macaroon and excited to share my favorites with you but the one item that stood out is this boho dress perfect for petites. I’ve always been a sucker for boho dresses but the number 1 problem I have is they are almost always too long on me. Sure they are flowy but I’m also tripping over them half the time. #shortgirlproblems

This boho dress is made for us shorties! It’s flowy but the length is spot on! I usually have to pair boho dresses with wedges but not the case with this dress. Flats worked great with it but if you want some height add in your wedge espadrilles for a dressier look. These Dolce Vita flats are only $40 and crazy good!

I fell in love with the color pattern on this boho dress! So vibrant and flattering! It also comes in a blue pattern that is equally as beautiful.

So many details that I love. It has buttons that go all the way down and the cutest drawstring waist. Honestly, this dress is everything! From the fit to the colors — I’m moonstruck people! I mean you can even wear this one in the fall with some booties and a denim jacket.

My second favorite item from Goodnight Macaroon are these paper bag shorts. I love a good paper bag pair of shorts. So mom friendly and they can really dress up a shorts outfit when you don’t want to wear a skirt.

The material is more a chambray on these and they fit so comfortably in the waist. I’m wearing a small and they have plenty of room. A little style tip: Add a blazer with these shorts for a dressier look.

Summer has been off all week for spring break. Today was take your kid to work day so Erik and I took her to the New Jersey State Police event for the kiddos. She got to see the K9 unit, helicopter and some other fun family activities. Kinda beats watching me shoot pics, try on clothes and write blog posts haha!
