Ironic I’m mentioning the word spring when the polar vortex is upon the majority of us. Let’s stay positive though friends. Spring will eventually be here and right around now is a good time to start adding early spring outfits you can wear now. Sure we can buy winter clearance pieces but we can also add in some things that will soften your winter look.
EARLY SPRING OUTFITS:
Easiest way to add in spring transition pieces that you can wear now is by staying with sweaters but adding in lighter, neutral tones. Think oatmeal, beige, soft pinks, lilacs, light blue, yellow and white.
I fell in love with this chenille sweater. Chenille gives such a soft touch to an outfit but still keeps you warm. Rather than add wool sweaters that are so wintery chenille will soften your look and can be worn all spring.
You can wear this spring transition sweater on the shoulder or off and would look so pretty with a lace bralette underneath.

Totally obsessed with wearing UGGS for casual days but if you trade your sherpa boots out and add in slip on sneakers you can totally create an easy spring transition look.
Love these classic Vans and have been wearing them constantly. They come in a variety of colors and prints but I love the classic white leather. I sized down 1/2 size in these. And yes you can wear white leather sneakers in the winter. Just keep the top half of your outfit a bit more wintery with a sweater or moto jacket.
I’ve stressed this before but yes you can wear white denim in the winter. I love, love, love winter whites! White denim is an obvious choice for an easy spring transition look. Just as mentioned above be sure to keep your top half looking more winter friendly with a sweater.
