EASY LOOK FOR DATE NIGHT

Hi all! So last week Erik and I headed into Manhattan for a Tula event. If you have been following me for awhile you all know how much I love Tula skincare. In case you aren’t familiar I have a full blog post about Tula here. So while this started out as a work type event it was still a great reason to get sassed up and treat it like date night. This look is such an easy one to recreate with items you probably already have in your closet.

Looking for an easy look for date night? This one is it. You honestly only need 3 items here. A classic denim skirt, a bodysuit and a moto jacket. Odds are you have have at least 1 if not all of these in your closet already.

I had gotten this skirt in the spring and I searched high and low for it but it’s sadly sold out. I will link it here in the event it gets restocked but I also linked similar skirts in the widget at the end of the post. If you don’t have a denim skirt in your closet yet it’s definitely an item to add because you’ll get a ton of use out of it all year long.

Ok so you know how much I love bodysuits. This one comes in black, ivory, and a velvet version and they are all currently on sale! I sized down to an XS because it doesn’t have adjustable straps.

To finish the look off just add a classic moto jacket and cute booties. My booties are old there are a ton of options out there to recreate this easy look for date night. Lots of similar items linked at the end of the post.

I didn’t want to trek into the city by myself being the event was in the evening so I was thankful Erik drove me in. We ended up making our “work” date night so fun! Honestly, anytime Erik and I do something together we have a good time. After the event we went to a cute place in Soho to have pizza and sat outside. $80 for pizza and 2 cocktails haha! But all in all a perfect city night!
