Summer is winding down. I can feel it in the air. Cherishing these summer weekends because while September is still warm in NJ it quickly changes. I’m still stuck on summer tops though. Not giving those up until I absolutely have to! I got this pretty cold shoulder top recently because the colors were so soft and airy.
This top looks cute with jeans and shorts. I hate wearing shirts that overpower a pair of shorts. You know what I’m talking about. You see a girl from the back and the shirt is totally covering her butt and you can’t tell if the shirt is a short dress or are there shorts hiding under there. This one cuts off at just the perfect point. Not too long. Not too billowy. Not too much fabric. The material is super light too. Perfect for August heat! I wore it to two parties this Sunday that were both outside and I wasn’t hot at all. By the way, we did the kid birthday circuit Sunday. Two back to back parties. I never ate so much ice cream in one day LOL! So much fun though. Happy Birthday Olivia and Alessandra!
Back to the top. Love it paired with distressed jeans and my can’t get enough sandals that you’ve all seen a million times (sick of them yet?) Speaking of jeans, I scored these at the #nsale and they are back in stock in most sizes!
These tassel earrings are the cutest! I’m not usually a pink person but got them on clearance and thought they added a fun touch. I couldn’t find the exact ones, but I linked very similar ones. This necklace, however, is fully stocked and under $10 with free shipping! I’ve had this one a year and still wear it constantly!
So did you get your glasses for the solar eclipse today? I didn’t get a pair sigh! I plan to go outside to see it but I know…I can’t look directly at the sun. Darn glasses. Kicking myself for not getting a pair.
