RED BANK TRADITIONS+ JORD WATCH GIVEAWAY

Traditions. We all have them from when we grew up, but I absolutely love making my own with my little family. As Summer gets older, Erik and I find ourselves creating these little traditions around the holidays and during the summer. One of my favorite traditions we have done for the past 3 summers is our family evening out in Red Bank.

We always start off at Boondock’s. This little fishery is right along the water, byob and super casual. You order at the window and they bring the food out when it’s ready. This place gets very crowded and often has live music so we always get there early.

After eating we take a stroll along the water and look at the beautiful boats and dream worthy homes along the Navesink. That view never gets old.

We always end our evening with getting ice cream at Strollo’s Lighthouse. They have the best Italian ices and ice cream sundaes.

 While flip flops may have been more practical I couldn’t wait to wear these new block heel sandals. I waited months to find these in my size. They were recently restocked and I scooped them up. Prettiest and most comfy heels I got all season.

These little causal night outs are what summer is all about. Sure, getting dressed up for date night is always fun, but I love the nights where we can dress down and just be laid back.
